Q Sourcing is an East African human resource consulting and outsourcing company, combining unparalleled experience and expertise across business functions. Our client is looking for A Coordinator - Corporate Communications between the age of 25 and above to work in their South Sudan - Juba Office.

Main Tasks:Develop effective  multi-platform/multi-stakeholder communication strategies and messaging.Develop engaging and effective communication campaigns for driving understanding and buy-in among critical stakeholders.Manage the production of the company's corporate publications (print and web-based), ensuring high-quality look and feel and engaging, informative content which articulates key business issues.Develop and ensure that enterprise-wide intranet (SHARE) is an effective business communication tool  as well as dynamic collaboration and internal bonding platform which complies with corporate identity guidelines.Develop an understanding of approved the company's Communication Code and group-wide corporate identity guidelines and their application to external communication materials.Supervise output from various consultants (PR, Communication and News  Media) towards deploying integrated communication and engagement strategy which positively influence stakeholder perception of the company and its activities.Develop and provide key communication support for corporate events and high quality speeches/presentations for executive management as well as relevant the company's publications.Key Qualifications/ExperienceA good Bachelor’s Degree of Mass Communication or an equivalent from a reputable institution is mandatory. A post graduate qualification which demonstrate intellectual rigor will be an added advantage.Minimum of 3 years work experience with 1 years quality experience in corporate communications – strategy and content facilitation for diverse audiences.CompetenciesA good writing, editorial and publishing skills.Knowledge of evolving, contemporary communication tools and techniques.Effective supervisory and project management skills.Application Proceedure
