A unique opportunity has arisen for a high performance Sales Manager to drive sales outcomes in our Ugandan market
This is a Sales Manager role and as such you'll be responsible for:
• Ensuring monthly/quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved through cross-selling and up-selling classified products;
• Proactively making call outs to key accounts on special promotions to increase revenue achievement;
• Analyzing potential new business, market opportunities and initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities;
• Reporting on a monthly basis to the team on the development of key accounts, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Assisting clients via the telephone, ensuring their accounts are processed in an accurate and professional manner;
• Providing customers with up-to-date information, including but not limited to product information, account performance, account/credit information, special sales/promotions and market conditions

Skills and Experience:
• Solid experience within a Commercial sales/IT based environment
• Ability to understand corporate business needs & identify potential sales opportunities
• Proven capability to achieve set sales targets
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Luganda language skills a plus but not essential
• Exposure to the Ugandan automotive industry a plus but not essential"
